Having trouble dialing 2-1-1? Here are some solutions:
Office Phone:
If you are dialing 2-1-1 from an office phone and the calls are not going through, your phone might not be programmed to make 2-1-1 calls. While most phones are programmed to make 9-1-1 calls, this does not mean they are able to make 2-1-1 calls.
Talk to the IT department of your office and have the phones programmed to make 2-1-1 calls.
Mobile Phone:
If you are unable to make 2-1-1 calls from your mobile device, it is most likely a problem with your provider. Contact your provider about 2-1-1 availability on your plan.
